EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

In case of exchange or return, the customer may exchange within 10 working days, from the date of receipt, provided that the product is unused and within the exchange terms/conditions.

It will be necessary for the customer to contact us at contato@imptstreetwear.com and the shipment must be done in the original packaging and with the electronic invoice. The product chosen for exchange will only be released after the evaluation of our control.

 

If the product cannot be replaced by an equal one and the customer does not wish to exchange for another product, all amounts paid will be refunded, provided that this request is made within 10 (ten) business days after the date of delivery.

 

For exchanges and returns, the product must not show any indication of use. Broken, damaged parts, without packaging or label, with signs of use or worn, will not be exchanged and sent back to the customer with the freight charge.

Important: Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by IMPT!. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a customs/duties refund. Is it easy to exchange products?

Once your exchange is authorized you will receive the step-by-step instructions via email.

What products can be exchanged?

  • Products delivered within 10 working days after receipt;

  • With label;

  • Intact packaging and product;

  • Unused.


 

Restitution of values:

- Credit card: The refund can take place on up to 2 subsequent invoices.

- Boleto Bancário/Deposit: Credit in the current account within 10 working days.

- There will be no refund of the delivery tax.
